Effective from July 1, 2025, the administrative addresses of two factories under the WestFood system have been updated as follows:
🔹 WestFood Can Tho Factory
Cai Son – Hang Bang Industrial Park, Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Quarter 4, An Binh Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam.
🔹 WestFood Hau Giang Factory
Song Hau Industrial Park – Phase 1, Chau Thanh Commune, Can Tho City, Vietnam.
The unification of three localities — Can Tho City, Soc Trang Province, and Hau Giang Province — under the new name Can Tho City marks a significant milestone in the development of the Mekong Delta region, positioning it as a dynamic growth engine in the heart of the Southwestern sub-region.
This merger not only enhances regional cohesion and resource optimization but also strengthens competitiveness and generates new momentum for a region rich in potential. The combined strengths of Can Tho’s leadership role, advanced infrastructure, and high-quality workforce, together with the vast land reserves and agro-industrial potential of Hau Giang and Soc Trang, form a powerful economic entity with exceptional scale and competitiveness.
