To minimize negative environmental impacts from business activities, the company emphasizes measures such as raising individual worker's awareness, classifying waste at source, maintaining machinery, etc. In addition, the Company always prioritize efficient use of energy and the use of green material products in the office to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, waste and garbage.

Transparent labor regulations

F.I.T Group focuses on establishing Labor Regulations in accordance with the law. F.I.T Group always maintains competitive salary levels for our employees compared to the average salary scale of businesses in the same industry in the Vietnamese market. Additionally, we also implement especially competitive policies of salary, bonus, and treatment for talented and experienced personnel in relevant industries, partly to retain employees and partly to attract talent from various sources to work, contribute, and develop at the Group.

Sufficient work regime

F.I.T Group work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (including every other Saturday morning). Employees enjoy fully paid holiday leaves, annual leaves, and personal leaves as per the Labor Code.
