Doan Dinh Duy Khuong, CEO of DHG Pharma, stated that in the current period, along with manufacturing pharmaceuticals to serve people’s health care needs, DHG Pharma also participates in the supply of a number of phamarceutical products to support the treatment of COVID-19. The company has determined the mission of joining hands with the city, both in production and in fighting the epidemic. Currently, the factory located in Hau Giang province (Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park) is implementing “3 on-site”, production capacity reaches 80% of capacity. For the factory located in Can Tho City, the company asked the city to support the resumption of operation according to the “3 on-site” method, the company will ensure the requirements of the Health sector on COVID-19 prevention and control.
From August 25, after the company was licensed to resume production under the “3 on-site” option, Westfood currently operates with 71 employees. However, in order to promptly handle the consumed raw materials (fruits), as well as to comply with the contract plan, Westfood hopes to be supported by the city to add 39 additional employees (the company’s former workers).
Along with 28 officials and employees who are engaged in production, Vinataba – Philip Morris Co., Ltd. also requested to support 30 additional officers and employees.
