Sales Kick-off 2026 – DCL: Ready to Break Through, United in Pursuing New Goals

From December 18 to 20, 2025, in Phan Thiet, DCL successfully organized the Sales Kick-off 2026 program with the participation of nearly 80 delegates, including the Management Board, the nationwide sales team, and representatives from various sales channels. The event marked an important milestone, launching a strong start for the 2026 business year while reaffirming DCL’s determination to innovate, unite, and achieve breakthrough growth across the entire system.

Sales Kick-off 2026 took place as 2025 came to a close amid significant market fluctuations and challenges. More than a year-end review, the program served as a critical opportunity for DCL to align strategic thinking, reinforce confidence, and inspire the sales force to enter the new year with a proactive, action-ready mindset.
