To enhance the quality of the working environment for employees and gradually modernize infrastructure for management purposes, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) has officially launched a project to construct a new executive building at its headquarters.
After many years of use, the current executive building has shown limitations in functionality and workspace, no longer meeting the needs of the company’s expanding operations. “Given this reality, DCL’s leadership has agreed on the plan to upgrade and construct a new executive building with a modern scale, full amenities, aesthetic appeal, functional design, and alignment with the company’s long-term development strategy,” shared Mr. Luong Ngoc Luong, Head of Construction Investment Management at F.I.T Group.
According to the plan, the new executive building will have three floors with a total floor area of over 1,200 m²: the ground floor covering 429 m², and both the first and second floors covering 402 m² each. The building’s design emphasizes open, airy workspaces that maximize natural light while integrating various supporting facilities such as multi-purpose meeting rooms, reception areas, and collaborative workspaces.

Creating a modern, professional, and convenient working environment will contribute to improved productivity, foster creativity, and strengthen employee engagement across the organization.
