Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Corporation Successfully Holds Its 2024 Annual General Meeting

On April 26, 2024, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Corporation was held successfully with an in-person session in Hanoi.

During the meeting, the AGM addressed and approved various reports and proposals, including the Board of Directors and Auditors’ reports; audited financial statements for 2023; the profit distribution plan for 2023 and business plan for 2024; remuneration for the Board of Directors and Auditors for 2023, and the payment plan for 2024.

In the session, the AGM also approved the dismissal and subsequent election of a new board member for the term 2021-2025: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich was dismissed, and Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Mai was elected as a board member with a 100% approval rate from the voting shareholders.

In 2023, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Corporation achieved significant milestones, with sales revenue reaching 192.76 billion VND, and pre-tax and post-tax profits at 8.85 billion VND and 7 billion VND, respectively. For 2024, the company aims to achieve a revenue of 243,349,548,680 VND and a pre-tax profit of 11,801,543,425 VND.

The AGM was held in-person in Hanoi

Leveraging the unique natural alkaline mineral water source of Danh Thanh with a natural pH of 9.0, the only one in the country, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Corporation has vigorously engaged in brand activation activities to enhance brand recognition among consumers. The company’s products have been well received across the country, distributed through over 1,000 partners including 173 supermarkets, 3,600 convenience stores, 50 high-end resorts, over 70 four and five-star hotels, and leading e-commerce platforms.

For 2024, the company plans to focus on improving and diversifying its product lines, intensifying branding activities, and expanding its distribution channels and customer network. The flagship brands of the company – Danh Thanh carbonated mineral water, Vikoda natural alkaline mineral water, and Sumo energy mineral water – will continue to offer consumers superior health care solutions, drawing from the essence of nature.
