F.I.T Champion Q2 2026 once again delivered impressive achievements, honoring outstanding individuals and teams from across provinces and cities nationwide. The program further strengthened the spirit of emulation and inspired the entire F.I.T Group system to pursue new goals and reach greater milestones.
F.I.T Group has successfully held the F.I.T Champion Q2 2026 Awards Ceremony – a Group-wide sales competition dedicated exclusively to its Sales Division. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Sang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group, members of the Group’s leadership team, and a large number of employees, particularly sales representatives from business units across the Group.
More than just an awards ceremony, F.I.T Champion is designed to recognize the outstanding efforts of the sales force – those directly driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall performance of each business unit and the Group as a whole. With each edition, the program has become a dynamic platform for healthy competition, transforming the spirit of emulation into motivation for individuals and teams to continuously push their limits and achieve higher goals.

F.I.T Champion Q2 2026 recorded an impressive number of awards, including 13 individual championship awards, one team championship award, one special team award recognizing the contributions of three outstanding individuals, and three individual consolation awards.
A distinctive highlight of this year’s competition was the participation of outstanding performers from various locations nationwide, including Hanoi, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, and Vinh Long. Despite working in different markets, product categories, and positions, all champions shared the same spirit: a strong desire to achieve, the determination to break through, and an unwavering commitment to reaching new heights.
In Vinh Long, outstanding achievements were recognized through Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thành – Key Account Manager (KAM), Medical Devices Division, Benovas Medical Devices Joint Stock Company; Ms. Lê Huệ Phương – Director of the An Giang Branch and ETC Sales Representative, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; and Mr. Hứa Quang Tây – Key Account Manager (KAM), Capsule Division.
In Khanh Hoa, the champions included Mr. Nguyễn Đăng Thuận, Ms. Phạm Thị Kim Hằng, Ms. Lê Ngọc Trâm, and Mr. Trần Gia Bảo, all from Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company.

Ho Chi Minh City also recorded numerous achievements, with Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Trúc and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Bích Loan among the individual champions. Notably, the Modern Trade (MT) Channel team won the Special Award, recognizing the contributions of Mr. Huỳnh Nhật Tài, Ms. Mạch Thảo Nghi, and Mr. Nguyễn Minh Hoàng Vũ. In addition, Mr. Trần Thanh Bảo and Ms. Trần Thị Thanh received individual Consolation Awards.
In Da Nang, Mr. Đoàn Văn Hải and Ms. Mai Thị Cúc were named individual champions, while the Central Region 2B team from Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company was honored in the team category.
In Hanoi, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Lân and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Trang continued to achieve outstanding results, while Mr. Nguyễn Công Hiền received a Consolation Award.
