In early April 2025, the F.I.T Champion program for Q4 2025 and the full year 2025, themed “Champion Mindset”, was successfully and ceremoniously held across multiple locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long, Khanh Hoa, and Da Nang.
During the event, F.I.T Champion Q4 2025 honored 7 outstanding individuals and 1 team for their exceptional business performance. In the annual category, two outstanding representatives from FCO were recognized, marking a year of remarkable breakthroughs.
Building on the success of previous seasons, F.I.T Champion continues to affirm its appeal and value as a group-wide emulation program dedicated to the Business Division. With the theme “Champion Mindset,” this year’s ceremony celebrated resilience, determination, and the ability to achieve ambitious goals—qualities embodied by the sales force, who directly drive revenue growth and contribute to the Group’s overall development.
The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group, along with the leadership team and a large number of employees, especially members of the sales force across the system.
The Q4 2025 F.I.T Champion winners were individuals and teams achieving outstanding sales results, all exceeding 100% of their targets, including:
- Ms. Le Hue Phuong – Branch Director of An Giang, DCL: 121%
- Mr. Nguyen Khac Tin – Sales Supervisor (GT channel), Vikoda: 133%
- Ms. Nguyen Thi My Ha – Sales Representative (GT channel), Vikoda: 129%
- Ms. Bui Thi Loi – Sales Representative (GT channel), Vikoda: 129%
- Mr. Nguyen Phu Hiep – Sales Representative (GT channel), Vikoda: 131%
- Central Region 2B Team – GT channel, Vikoda: 103%
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Manh – Sales Executive, FCO: 124%
- Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Hao – Sales Executive, FCO: 154%
Beyond quarterly awards, the program also identified the top performers of the year 2025. The Champion of the Year title was awarded to Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Hao (FCO) with 122%, while the Runner-up position went to Mr. Nguyen Tien Manh (FCO) with 118%.
In recognition of their achievements, the winners received valuable rewards including cash prizes, certificates of merit, commemorative trophies, FIT shares, and F.I.T Champion medals—symbols of conquest and glory.
Sharing at the ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Hao—who won the annual Champion title for the first time and also secured two consecutive quarterly titles—expressed her deep emotion as her efforts were recognized. She noted that the program serves as a strong motivation for the sales team and affirmed her commitment to continue striving alongside FIT Cosmetics to achieve future goals and contribute to the Group’s development.
After two years of absence, 2025 marked a strong comeback for FCO, with many individuals winning F.I.T Champion titles across three consecutive quarters and notably securing two annual awards. Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Le Trang – CEO of FCO & TCC, proudly stated: “Thank you to our sales team for these remarkable achievements. Your success clearly demonstrates perseverance, a spirit of pushing limits, and the courage to challenge yourselves. I believe the journey ahead, filled with opportunities, will continue to produce new champions.”
F.I.T Champion is an annual award program for the Group’s Business Division, aimed at honoring outstanding individuals and teams on both quarterly and yearly bases. Beyond recognition, the program fosters a dynamic competitive environment, encouraging positive competition and sustainable development across all units.
