To raise awareness of fire prevention and proactively respond to emergency situations, DCL Holdings organized regular fire prevention and firefighting (FPF) drills at three production sites: the pharmaceutical manufacturing complex and central warehouse, the Capsule manufacturing plant, and the BMD manufacturing plant. The activities help strengthen emergency response skills, protect employees, and maintain safe and stable production operations.
In the pharmaceutical, capsule, and medical device manufacturing sectors, ensuring safety at factories is essential to protecting people and property while maintaining uninterrupted production. Therefore, alongside complying with occupational safety regulations, DCL Holdings consistently places strong emphasis on fire prevention and firefighting, as well as rescue and emergency response activities across its manufacturing facilities.
Regular FPF drills are organized to help employees reinforce their knowledge, master incident response procedures, and improve their ability to coordinate during emergencies. Through hands-on practice, employees have the opportunity to develop skills in using on-site firefighting equipment, carrying out evacuation procedures, and proactively responding in accordance with established emergency plans.

Conducting drills across multiple facilities demonstrates DCL Holdings’ commitment to safety throughout its entire system. It also provides an opportunity for each business unit to review compliance with safety guidelines, reinforce individual responsibility, and enhance emergency preparedness.
Alongside physical facilities and firefighting equipment, employee awareness plays a crucial role in preventing and minimizing potential risks. Every employee is expected to proactively comply with safety regulations, identify potential hazards, use equipment according to instructions, and strictly follow established procedures.
Through these regular drills, DCL Holdings continues to strengthen the responsibility of each business unit in ensuring occupational safety while gradually fostering a strong safety culture throughout its production environment. This is an important foundation for the Company to proactively prevent risks, protect employees, and maintain stable and efficient production operations, toward its goal of sustainable development.
