On May 16, 2026, in Vinh Long, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2026 Employee Delegates Conference with the participation of representatives from the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation, the Board of Management of member companies, and numerous employee representatives from across the Company.
Attending the program were Ms. Le Nguyen Lan Anh – Member of the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – CEO of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang – CEO of Benovas Medical Devices; members of the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee; and employee representatives from across the system.

The conference was organized to promote employees’ rights to participation and ownership, strengthen democratic dialogue in the workplace, and create opportunities for the Company’s leadership and employees to directly exchange, listen, and share issues related to policies, benefits, and development orientations in the coming period.
In her opening speech, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong emphasized the important role of employees in the Company’s sustainable development journey. In the context of an increasingly competitive pharmaceutical market and rising quality requirements, human resources continue to be identified as a core factor contributing to the enhancement of production capacity, governance, and long-term development.

At the conference, representatives of the Board of Management presented reports on the Company’s 2025 business performance and the production and business plan for 2026. Accordingly, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical will continue maintaining stable production operations, gradually improving operational efficiency, enhancing quality, and optimizing competitiveness in the market.
In addition to business-related matters, the conference also spent considerable time reviewing the implementation of employee policies and benefits, the Collective Labor Agreement, grassroots democracy regulations, and employee welfare, reward, and support activities over the past period.
One of the most anticipated parts of the program was the direct dialogue session between employees and representatives of the Employer. Discussions focused on practical issues such as salary and bonus policies, employee welfare, working hours, working conditions, as well as solutions to improve the working environment and employees’ spiritual well-being.
With an open, straightforward, and constructive spirit, the Company’s leadership directly addressed many employee concerns and recommendations, while acknowledging appropriate proposals for further consideration and improvement in the future. The discussions at the conference not only demonstrated the Company’s care for employees but also contributed to strengthening internal unity, mutual understanding, and a stable, sustainable working environment.
Within the framework of the program, the signing ceremony of the Collective Labor Agreement between the Employer representative and the employee representatives also took place. The agreement was signed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong and Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union.
