From November 29 to December 2, 2024, Cuu Long Pharma successfully organized its annual health check-up program for over 800 employees. This initiative aims to safeguard employees’ health, facilitate early detection of occupational diseases, and implement timely interventions.

One of the program’s highlights this year was the enhanced focus on occupational disease screening. Employees received detailed evaluations of their working conditions and health status related to the specific nature of the pharmaceutical industry. Occupational health checks included respiratory health assessments for chemical exposure, musculoskeletal evaluations due to prolonged labor, and vision and hearing tests, particularly for those working in pharmaceutical synthesis areas.
Additionally, to emphasize women’s health within the company, this year’s program introduced specialized examinations such as early breast and cervical cancer screening, reproductive health assessments, and women’s health consultations. These specialized services not only aided in the early detection of health issues but also provided female employees with insights into factors affecting their health, empowering them to take effective preventive measures.
