Recently, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company (Vikoda) successfully organized the OGSM Strategic Conference for the first 06 months of the year in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, with the participation of over 130 employees including the Executive Board, the entire office block of the factory, and the sales block at all management levels to review the OGSM strategic results of the first 06 months and the OGSM action strategy for the last 06 months of 2023.
At the beginning of the Conference, CEO Nguyen Thi Nga once again analyzed the Company’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, and the OGSM Strategic Management Model as well as the company’s goals for 2023.
