From December 26, 2023, to December 31, 2023, the natural alkaline mineral water brand Vikoda from Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company partnered with the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province to successfully organize the Ninh Thuan Cuisine Festival – Welcoming the New Year 2024. The Ninh Thuan Cuisine Festival – Welcoming the New Year 2024 was a crucial event for Ninh Thuan Province, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere for locals and tourists. The Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, presented a Certificate of Appreciation and flowers to Mr. Nguyen Trung Phuoc, a representative of the natural alkaline mineral water brand Vikoda (far right in the photo).
With the theme “The Flavors of Ninh Thuan Cuisine – Welcoming the New Year 2024,” residents and visitors at the festival immersed themselves in the unique cultural and culinary atmosphere through various exciting activities such as sheep parades, dragon and lion dances, street art performances, culinary games, and the Ninh Thuan Talent Star Chef Contest focusing on sheep and oyster dishes.
At the festival, attendees enjoyed impressive dishes combining creative uses of local ingredients. Participating chefs had the opportunity to network, learn about global and regional food trends, food safety, and hygiene processes, thereby enhancing their skills and culinary experiences.
