On April 1, 2023, the People’s Committee of Nha Trang City officially launched the swimming training movement, drowning prevention, and water rescue guidance in Nha Trang City and the Nha Trang Age Group Swimming Competition 2023. This sports event is part of a series of events commemorating the 370th anniversary of the construction and development of Khanh Hoa province (1653-2023) and the 48th anniversary of Khanh Hoa’s Liberation Day (April 2, 1975 – April 2, 2023).
Attending the event were leaders of the People’s Committee of Nha Trang City, the Department of Culture and Sports, various departments, and a large number of guests. The event attracted more than 700 people, including officials, teachers, students, and parents from communes, wards, and primary and secondary schools in the city.
