Techno – Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (TSC) has just announced the consolidated business results for the second quarter of 2022 with a growth of 3.2 times compared to the first quarter of 2022.
Specifically, TSC’s net revenue in the second quarter of 2022 reached VND 441.4 billion, increased VND 303 billion, gross profit reached VND 51.4 billion, increased 41% compared to the first quarter of 2022.
For accumulated results of the first 6 months of the year, TSC achieved VND 579.8 billion in net revenue from business activities, 2.3 times higher than VND 254.1 billion in the same period. Gross profit in the first 6 months also grew strongly with VND 87.8 billion, 2.2 times higher than VND 39.6 billion in the same period last year.
In addition, other profits also increased significantly by 6.9 times compared to the first quarter, leading to another profit for the first 6 months of 2022 of TSC increasing by 6.4 times compared to the same period last year.
2022 is defined by TSC as the year to continue completing the restructuring process at member companies, creating momentum to enter a high growth phase with many key projects. TSC’s subsidiaries, Vikoda and FIT Cosmetics, will continue to promote marketing activities to improve brand image and increase market coverage, making these companies into the top 10 in the FMCG industry in Vietnam. In addition, Westfood, a subsidiary of TSC, will continue to implement the construction project of Westfood Hau Giang factory, which is expected to become the largest agricultural product processing factory in Hau Giang province upon completion. In addition, Westfood will continue to invest heavily to develop the King MD2 pineapple material area with the goal of reaching 2000 hectares and 1000 hectares of raw materials for other fruits such as mango, dragon fruit etc. to create more stability of raw materials for the factory as well as supply to existing markets of Westfood. The methodical investment in potential projects promises to help the business activities of subsidiaries as well as TSC improve positively in the coming time.
