On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of F.I.T Group’s founding, the Editorial Board had the opportunity to sit down with Mr. Nguyễn Văn Bản – CEO of the Group. Let’s listen to the thoughts and heartfelt messages he shared with F.I.T Group on this special milestone!
1. If you were to describe F.I.T Group’s 18-year journey in three words, what would they be and why?
Determined – Because throughout these 18 years, F.I.T Group has consistently upheld its strategic vision of enhancing quality of life through superior products and services. Despite market fluctuations, we have remained steadfast in our goal of building a strong, multi-industry corporation.
Innovative – Because F.I.T Group never stops creating and adapting to meet market demands. We’ve boldly invested in new sectors, implemented advanced technologies in production and management, and continuously improved our business model to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
Breakthrough – Because F.I.T Group not only focuses on steady growth but also aims for new heights. From a domestic enterprise, we are now expanding into international markets, building a Vietnamese brand capable of competing on a global scale.
2. In your opinion, what core values has F.I.T Group built and should continue to uphold and promote?
F.I.T Group is founded on three pillars: long-term vision, innovative spirit, and sustainable development.
Our long-term vision means we don’t only focus on short-term gains, but instead pursue well-planned strategies for sustainable growth. This enables us to create real value for customers, partners, and society as a whole.

3. How will the quality of products and services provided by member companies be enhanced going forward to fulfill the mission of improving quality of life?
We will focus on three main directions to continuously improve the quality of our products and services:
First, investment in advanced production technologies. F.I.T Group’s factories will be upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment and technology to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Second, research and development (R&D). We will boost investment in R&D to create new products that meet the diverse needs of the market. This not only helps F.I.T Group maintain a competitive edge but also brings real value to consumers.
Finally, we will enhance customer experience, aiming to deliver the best possible experiences when using F.I.T Group products.
4. What is F.I.T Group’s approach to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility?
