Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) was among the select businesses invited to join the Vinh Long province trade promotion delegation on a business trip to New Delhi, Odisha, Mumbai in India, and Sri Lanka from November 11 to 18, 2023. During the visit, the delegation met with businesses in Odisha, Mumbai, and Sri Lanka to explore opportunities and promote bilateral cooperation.

The trade promotion delegation to India and Sri Lanka included members of the Central Foreign Affairs Committee, representatives of Vinh Long province, and local businesses. From DCL, Mr. Nguyen Trong Duc – Deputy General Director of Business, and Mr. Nghiem Xuan Truong – Deputy General Director of Finance, participated.
On November 15, 2023, Mr. Nguyen Trong Duc worked with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Odisha.
Facilitated by the Vinh Long Provincial People’s Committee delegation, the Vietnamese Consulate in Mumbai, India, and the Vietnamese Embassy in India and Sri Lanka, DCL engaged with businesses from India and Sri Lanka. DCL connected with partners to promote bilateral cooperation in sourcing APIs from India and exporting DCL products to the Indian market. They also discussed cooperation in providing highly skilled and specialized human resources in the pharmaceutical field for DCL’s future development. In Sri Lanka, DCL sought opportunities to export medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.

Following the trade promotion trip, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company gained strong support from the Vietnamese Consulate in Mumbai and the Vietnamese Embassy in Sri Lanka in partnering with foreign counterparts. DCL also proactively established cooperative relationships with new partners in India and Sri Lanka to support its current and future production and business activities. This is a positive signal, laying the groundwork for more effective and stronger cooperation between DCL and businesses in India and Sri Lanka in the future.
