On April 11, 2025, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company (Vikoda) successfully held its 2025 General Shareholders’ Meeting (GSM) online. Over its 35-year journey of formation and development, Vikoda has achieved impressive milestones in revenue, profit, and brand value, while continually striving to make positive contributions to the community and society. During the meeting, the General Shareholders’ Meeting listened to and approved: the report from the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for 2024, and the operational plan for 2025; the profit distribution plan for 2024 and the business plan for 2025; the financial report for 2024; the list of auditing firms for the company’s activities in 2025; the dismissal and election of additional members of the Supervisory Board for the 2021–2025 term; and other matters.
Summarizing its 35 years of development, Vikoda has achieved impressive milestones, including: total assets exceeding 328 billion VND; sales and service revenue reaching over 214 billion VND; and pre-tax and post-tax profits surpassing 21 billion VND and 17 billion VND, respectively (According to the audited financial report for 2024).

Specifically, Vikoda has successfully rebranded the Dahn Thanh brand, exported its natural alkaline mineral water to the Chinese market, and received the transfer of Spa Sky technology. In the 2024–2025 period, Vikoda has become a strategic partner of the Vietnam Nutrition Association, promoting the benefits of natural alkaline mineral water.
