With the motto “Better Together”, DCL employees relished a truly relaxing and enjoyable 3-day, 2-night stay in the paradise of Mui Ne, Phan Thiet. They engaged in bonding activities and performance arts bursting with color, all contributing to an explosive teambuilding season fully embraced by DCL.
The trip offered a plethora of engaging experiences, serving as an ideal opportunity for team members to interact, meet, and form stronger bonds. Team spirit, resilience, and tactical intelligence were fully displayed through a series of games: ‘Joining Hands’, ‘No Retreat’, ‘Overcoming Challenges’, and ‘Final Checkpoint’. These games, custom-designed around specific themes, aimed to boost cooperation and mutual support, leading all participants towards their goals.
“Nothing is too difficult when we all unite and collaborate to achieve our desired objectives. Through these games, core values such as Integrity, Desire to Win, Flawless Execution, Continuous Improvement, and Compliance were vividly demonstrated, thus igniting the ‘Better Together’ spirit,” shared Minh Nhat, a member of the organizing committee.
