As the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year approached, FIT FUND, the charitable foundation of F.I.T Group, launched the “Warm Spring – Reunion Tet” journey to deliver Tet gifts to employees facing particularly difficult circumstances across its member companies. The program reflects strong humanitarian values and demonstrates F.I.T Group’s deep care for both the material and spiritual well-being of its employees throughout the Group.
The charity journey brought together representatives of F.I.T Group and leadership teams from member companies, including DCL, Vikoda, FCO–TCC, and Westfood. At each destination, the delegation personally visited employees, listening to their heartfelt stories about their lives, work, and personal challenges. Tet gifts and financial support were presented as a meaningful gesture of encouragement, helping employees feel more confident and supported as they prepared to welcome the new year.
“Warm Spring – Reunion Tet” also provided an opportunity for the Group’s leadership to demonstrate a spirit of companionship and compassion, reaffirming that employees remain at the center of F.I.T Group’s sustainable development strategy. Each meeting took place in a warm and sincere atmosphere, where everyday stories were shared and received with empathy and responsibility.

According to the organizing committee, the 2025 “Warm Spring – Reunion Tet” program provided support to 25 employees facing particularly difficult circumstances across the Group’s member companies. In addition to financial assistance, FIT FUND will continue to offer long-term support through initiatives such as job assistance and educational opportunities for employees’ children, helping families stabilize their lives and enabling employees to remain dedicated to their work.
Moved by the support received from the Group, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a worker at Vikoda, shared:
“The support from F.I.T Group and FIT FUND not only helps my family overcome financial difficulties before Tet, but also provides tremendous emotional encouragement. I truly feel the sincere care and sharing from the leadership and my colleagues, which gives me greater motivation to strive in both my work and my life.”
