From this 36-year milestone, Vikoda is ready to cultivate stronger foundations and continue advancing alongside the health of Vietnamese communities in the years ahead.
The Roll Out OGSM 2026 event brought together the entire leadership team and hundreds of employees of Vikoda. It provided an opportunity for the organization to reflect on its journey while looking ahead to a new year with strategic plans that embody the spirit of “The Glory of Gems Within Stone.” In addition to presentations by the CEO and leadership team on the overall OGSM and departmental strategies, the program also featured engaging team-building activities that strengthened unity and mutual understanding among members of the Vikoda family.
