Resolution of the XIV Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; especially recently, Ninh Thuan province has announced the Ninh Thuan tourism development project for the period of 2021-2025 with a vision to 2030. In which, the development area of the eastern coastal strip of Ninh Thuan province extends from Binh Tien to Ca Na, in which it is highly concentrated in the areas of Mui Dinh – Ca Na, Binh Tien – Vinh Hy; Ninh Chu – Binh Son; Ninh Chu – Binh Son. This area focuses on strategic projects; high-class hotels of Ninh Thuan. By 2030, tourism will really become a spearhead economic sector of Ninh Thuan province with a contribution of about 15% of GRDP; becoming a priority experience resort for international tourists to Vietnam, and an attractive creative discovery destination for domestic tourists.

With the newly announced project, Mui Dinh is planned to be a unique resort and exploration area of sand – salt – sea associated with unique products, affirming the new Ninh Thuan tourism brand in the region and the whole country. It can be seen that, along with the projects that have been started before, the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh project, when put into use, not only promotes the development of Ninh Thuan tourism, but also contributes to the realization of the goal of Ninh Thuan tourism to welcome 3.5 million visitors by 2025, including 455,000 international visitors; 6 million visitors by 2030, including 900,000 international visitors. Total revenue from tourists by 2025 will reach 2,900 billion VND, and reach 5,900 billion VND soon within reach by 2030.
