From January 10-12, 2025, DCL successfully organized the Sales Kick-off event titled “Joining Strengths – Connecting Success” in Da Lat. The event was an opportunity for employees to review and evaluate the business results of 2024, draw lessons, and plan and strategize for 2025, setting goals and development directions to achieve high effectiveness in the coming year.
The 2025 Sales Kick-off event was attended by the management board and the business units, including the Capsules, Pharmaceuticals, manufacturing divisions, and the operations office. The event was held in a vibrant, spirited, and enthusiastic atmosphere. It is one of DCL’s annual activities that reflects its unique identity; it also provided an opportunity for the management board, sales team, and departments to review the business results of 2024 and plan for 2025.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – Assistant to the Chairman of the DCL Board, stated: “This event is especially important as it enhances the cohesion among the company’s departments, creating motivation for everyone to strive towards a common goal. Despite numerous difficulties and challenges in 2024, our efforts have led to promising results. This solid foundation will help us continue to move forward and conquer bigger goals in 2025.”

True to the spirit of “Joining Strengths – Connecting Success”, this year’s Kick-off not only aimed to evaluate DCL’s business results in 2024 and plan for 2025 but also served as an opportunity for the sales team to interact with various departments to enhance cooperation and propose ideas to optimize work results for the following year. At the event, the sales team, along with the Marketing, Human Resources & Administration, and Finance & Accounting departments, and the DCL manufacturing division exchanged ideas and shared experiences to further strengthen inter-departmental collaboration. “This not only enhances understanding and consensus among the units but also creates a creative and friendly work environment, encouraging everyone to contribute ideas for improving processes, optimizing work, and increasing productivity in the coming year,” a representative from the business division said.
