On February 5, 2026, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Vinh Long Provincial Police for its outstanding achievements in the “All People Protect National Security” movement in 2025. This recognition marks an important acknowledgment of the company’s efforts in coordinating with authorities to maintain security and public order at the local level.
The award ceremony was attended by representatives from the Internal Political Security Division. Representing DCL, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cap Tien – Director of Human Resources & Administration, accepted the Certificate of Merit on behalf of the company’s leadership and expressed sincere appreciation for the recognition and support from the provincial police for the company’s contributions to safeguarding national security.
Over the years, DCL has consistently upheld the principle that business development must go hand in hand with ensuring security and public order. The company’s leadership views this not only as a legal responsibility but also as a critical foundation for building a safe and stable working environment, thereby supporting sustainable business operations.
Based on this orientation, DCL has proactively implemented a range of practical measures to enhance the effectiveness of security and safety management within the organization. In particular, regular legal awareness and compliance training programs have been conducted to improve employees’ understanding and adherence to the law. At the same time, the internal security force has been strengthened and streamlined; fire prevention and firefighting regulations, along with occupational safety standards, have been strictly enforced; and security control systems at factories and workplaces have been maintained rigorously.
Notably, in August 2025, DCL coordinated with the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department to organize a fire safety drill at its headquarters and capsule manufacturing plant, contributing to improved emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
In addition to internal efforts, DCL has maintained close coordination with the provincial police and relevant authorities in monitoring the situation, preventing risks, and promptly addressing potential threats to security and public order. This effective collaboration has played a key role in fostering a safe, disciplined, and professional working environment.
The “All People Protect National Security” movement at DCL has been implemented comprehensively and in depth, closely aligned with the company’s goal of building a healthy corporate culture that emphasizes responsibility and community awareness among employees. As a result, political security and social order within the company have been consistently maintained, ensuring stable business operations while protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
