On November 20, 2023, F.I.T Group held the Golive ceremony for its F.I.T Business Management Software, marking a significant step in the Group’s journey towards complete digitization.
After six months of dedicated implementation, on November 20, 2023, the Centralized Data Warehouse and F.I.T Business Management Reporting System completed the testing phase and officially commenced operation as planned. The project, utilizing the DWH solution developed by FPT IS in conjunction with Salesforce’s BI Tableau solution, achieves several goals: Successfully building an intelligent management reporting system; Centrally storing management data with the ability to automatically standardize and synthesize data; Automating the collection of management data, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of F.I.T Group’s existing data resources.
According to Mr. Le Viet Cuong – Project Management Team Leader, the F.I.T Business management software provides F.I.T Group leaders with six categories of management information: Accounting and Finance – Revenue – Budget – Production – Human Resources – Purchasing. The management data is automatically synchronized from member companies and five data source systems with multiple analysis dimensions, serving the leadership in making timely and accurate decisions. As of now, the project has essentially completed the construction of management and centralized data storage along with the data collection subsystem.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Ban – CEO of F.I.T Group, commented, “This is an important event, marking a strong transformation in the process of digitizing the entire Group, helping F.I.T Group enhance its management work, effectively use data, and support the leadership in making important, accurate decisions, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of the Group’s long-term strategies.”

Mr. Than Minh Ngoc – Deputy Director of FPT IS Enterprise Division, shared that in today’s era, digital transformation is a vital need for every business. F.I.T Group is currently seen as a model of a prosperous, multi-sector Vietnamese economic group. Therefore, it is extremely important for the leadership to have a data foundation for remote management and making quick, strategic, and effective decisions. “Understanding this vision, FPT IS joined hands with the F.I.T Group project team to build a centralized data warehouse and intelligent DWH BI management reporting system to initially have a complete overview, creating a solid foundation to help the Group embark on a comprehensive digital transformation process.” Mr. Than Minh Ngoc also committed to investing the best technology resources and personnel to continue developing alongside F.I.T Group.
