The final months of 2025 are gradually coming to a close, marked by many changes and challenges. In this context, the DCL team has consistently maintained a resilient spirit and determination to achieve the goals set in the OGSM 2025 strategy. Guided by the motto “Hard Work – Great Success,” DCL organized the 2025 Team Building program – an activity designed to foster connection, motivation, and teamwork on the journey toward sustainable growth.

At the end of September 2025, Bai Sau Beach in Vung Tau buzzed with excitement as nearly 470 DCL employees and staff from affiliated companies participated. Under the radiant sun, on soft white sand, and with the refreshing sea breeze, a series of highly challenging team games took place, requiring skillful coordination, perseverance, and strong bonding among team members.
These activities were not just tests of physical strength; each challenge assessed strategic thinking, task delegation, coordinated action, and the ability to perform under pressure within a short timeframe. Cheers and applause echoed across the venue, mingling with laughter, excitement, and tense moments as teams worked together to overcome “hard tasks” and achieve “great success.”

After a full day of intense competition, the Gala Dinner provided a warm and reflective atmosphere. Under sparkling lights and lively music, the DCL team came together to look back on a journey of effort, transformation, and steady progress.
The Gala was attended by Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang – CEO of Benovas Medical Equipment JSC; Mr. Nguyen Trong Duc – Deputy CEO of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical & Benovas Medical Equipment JSC; along with directors, deputy directors, and heads of departments at DCL.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Trong Duc expressed sincere gratitude to all staff for their continuous effort, dedication, and teamwork. “Every individual at DCL contributes to our collective strength – the power that allows us to overcome challenges and continue reaching for new goals.” His heartfelt words were not only a meaningful encouragement but also a source of inspiration, instilling pride and confidence in the path ahead.
