Completing 18 holes with an impressive score of 73 strokes, Le Thi Thanh Thuy officially claimed the championship title at F.I.T CUP 2026.
On March 15, the F.I.T CUP 2026 tournament officially kicked off at Tam Dao Golf & Resort—one of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in Northern Vietnam. The lush mountainous landscape, combined with the course’s technical layout, created an inspiring and competitive playing experience for participating golfers.
According to Mr. Vu Anh Trong, Head of the Organizing Committee, after many years of organization, F.I.T CUP has gradually become a familiar event within the business golf community. Beyond being a sporting competition, the tournament also serves as an opportunity for golf enthusiasts to connect, exchange ideas, and expand business relationships. It has been developed with the goal of becoming a professional, transparent, and highly connected platform for the golfing community.

At the end of the tournament, with outstanding form and a remarkable score of 73 strokes, female golfer Le Thi Thanh Thuy emerged as the overall champion. Notably, she is also the first female golfer to have her name recorded as the champion of this annual tournament.
Le Thi Thanh Thuy is a well-known figure in Vietnam’s golf scene, having previously been a member of the national team at the 31st SEA Games.

Her victory carries special significance as this year’s tournament featured a dedicated category for female golfers, enhancing competitiveness and affirming the increasingly prominent role of women in Vietnam’s golf community.
In the technical categories, many golfers also demonstrated impressive precision. At Hole 2, Le Thanh Mai won the Nearest to the Pin award with a distance of 3.5 meters; Hole 8 was claimed by Le Thanh Trung with a shot just 0.1 meters from the pin; Hole 12 saw Hoang Cong Thai take the prize with a distance of 2.68 meters; and at Hole 17, Ta Chi Thanh impressed with a shot landing 0.8 meters from the pin.
In the Longest Drive category, Le Trung Thuan recorded the longest drive among male players at 310 yards, while Nguyen Hoai Thu led the female category with a drive of 210 yards.

Notably, this year’s tournament coincided with the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term—an event of significant political and social importance.
According to Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai, CEO of F.I.T Group, the tournament is not only a sporting event but also a platform to promote a positive lifestyle and enhance quality of life—core values that F.I.T Group consistently pursues.
More than just a sports competition, the tournament has become a meaningful community engagement activity, where business leaders share a sense of social responsibility and strengthen connections. Conversations on the golf course therefore extend beyond swings and strategies, evolving into broader discussions on economic, social, and national development.
