In 11/01/2017 at Fortuna Hotel Hanoi, FIT Group has successfully held OGSM Roll-Out 2017 Day. The program takes place in an atmosphere of solemn but equally spirited accordance a festive tradition of FIT OGSM.
At the meeting, the leaders (BLD) together with FIT Group employees have a look at the results of 2016 with many imprints. In the context of the economy are still has many difficulties, FIT has achieved impressive growth with equity increasing from 1,815 billion to 2,258 billion, and completed many important projects of corporations and members such as Euvipharm acquired by DCL, tested MD2 successful by West Food , established FIT Land company, completed to buy new offices … This is the background for believing a more impressive results in Y2017 for FIT.
In 2017, FIT will continue to focus on pharmaceuticals, foods, FMCG … and set the ambitious goal of putting the companies under FIT ownership will be in the top big 5 business in the each industry. Besides the revenue target, one of the key objectives in the 2017 is to develop FIT group becoming a reputable business, market transparency and a dream working environment for all employees.
To accomplish common goals, each department of FIT also outlined plans for specific details and stick to the plan of the whole group in 2017.With each presentation of deparment managers, BLD will make analysis, valuable contribution and dedication to help each department to remove the obstacles and improve deparmtent plan, thereby becoming important nuclear on the progress of following whole group’s strategy.
Ending the meeting, BLD and all employees together uphold the traditional culture and commitment: “I, we are committed to realize and accomplish the goals.” This is a promise, and just as an effort to complete itself and group’s objectives.Commitment ceremony showed high spirits and morale of the whole BLD and staff, all for the goal of building a sustainable development of FIT, FIT with a professional working environment.
OGSM has long become common language seep into the culture and spirit of each individual at FIT, become the core element for the success of FIT for years. FIT OGSM day is held annually for BLD and employees jointly build objectives and plans need to take in as well as evaluating the performance of each department, individual and thereby adjusted to achieve the proposed results. Making commitments to evoke self-control, courage and strength to FIT members and help each individual to have more responsibilities at work and from which, consistent implementation of commitments. This is also its own identity and the pride of FIT during 10 years of operation and development.
