F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company has just been listed into the Top 500 Vietnam Best Employers (VBE500). Can you tell us what it means to the Group’s development journey?
Being honored in the Top 500 Vietnam Best Employers (VBE500) is an important event for us. This shows that F.I.T Group’s HR strategy has achieved positive results that are deservedly recognized by the community. We believe that this achievement will increase the prestige of F.I.T. Group to recruit high-quality personnel and help the Group to develop more and more and reach important milestones in the roadmap towards the 20th anniversary of its establishment.
As for the working environment, what do you think will create a good working environment? From the perspective of F.I.T Group, has the concept of a good working environment changed compared to before?
According to F.I.T Group, facing common difficulties, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the employees’ view on the working environment has changed. They want a healthy and stable working environment to adhere to for a long time instead of jobs that can bring high income but are not stable. In such working environment, they are recognized and have many opportunities to grow and learn. A clear promotion path for each employee will be more attractive than only bringing high income.

You mentioned Gen Z who have special personalities and needs and relatively high job-hopping rates. So, what strategies does F.I.T Group have in place to attract and retain them in its work environment?
We aim to attract talents to work at the Group and its member companies. For the younger generation, they have dynamism, creativity at work, and desire to express themselves, be recognized for their opinions, and, especially, have a clear promotion path. At F.I.T Group, we build a development roadmap for each position. In addition to work, there are also playgrounds through clubs such as Gym, Golf, reading, sports for young people to show their abilities. Especially, their initiatives are always noticed and recognized. We think that F.I.T Group meets quite well the criteria that the younger generation loves.
What do you think about F.I.T Group’s brand in the current recruitment market?
As mentioned above, I think that the brand will be one of the factors that create the stability of employees. It is difficult to accurately assess, but the recruitment rate of F.I.T Group reaches about 95% of the group’s human resources, which also indicates that employees already know the brand name of F.I.T Group in the recruitment market.
F.I.T Group itself has had a long time to build a working environment as well as a recruitment brand. However, the communication work for recruitment has not been fully and methodically implemented. Especially for F.I.T. Group, each officer and employee is already a representative of the Group’s recruitment brand.
Can you share a little about F.I.T Group’s recruitment plan in 2023?
Currently, we mainly focus on recruiting for member companies of the Group. Being honored in the Top 500 Vietnam Best Employers (VBE500) will create a better brand in the recruitment market, contributing to attracting senior personnel for member companies to serve the development strategy in the coming time.
So, in your opinion, what do businesses need to do to build a good recruitment brand?
In order to build a good recruitment brand, in my opinion, it is first necessary to determine where the value of the business is. It is necessary to communicate the core values of the business, which is the basis for attracting the right personnel.
At F.I.T Group, we focus on doing two things well.
Firstly, for employees, we have a clear job description, responsibilities, and rights. Information brought to employees is always transparent.
Secondly, we focus on building a good working environment and clearly defining and building a typical corporate culture.
I believe that a good environment will create a positive effect in internal and external communication, which is a favorable condition for developing the recruitment brand and attracting potential candidates. Since then, employees who come to F.I.T Group are assured and proud to adhere to.
