On December 14, 2024, F.I.T Group successfully held the Kick-off OGSM 2025 event titled “Unite Strength – Connect Success” in Phu Tho. The event served as an opportunity for employees to share perspectives, exchange ideas, and launch their journey toward achieving ambitious goals for 2025 with unity, determination, and enthusiasm.
The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Ban – CEO of F.I.T Group and Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai – Deputy CEO of F.I.T Group. Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Ban stated: “The theme ‘Unite Strength – Connect Success’ conveys a message of cooperation, unity, and the power of solidarity in achieving success. When individuals collaborate, share, and support each other, we can create immense collective strength to conquer remarkable achievements. Today’s Kick-off aims to ignite collaboration and unity among individuals, contributing to the common success of F.I.T Group.”

The Kick-off event introduced a refreshing and inspiring format this year. Instead of traditional reports, department heads took the stage to directly share their biggest challenges and present innovative, strategic solutions. They also extended proposals for cooperation to achieve critical goals in 2025. This approach not only strengthened connections among members but also created a platform for sincere exchange and effective, practical solutions for the upcoming period.

Additionally, each department was analyzed through a “3D lens” of perspectives from other teams, providing opportunities for self-reflection and maximizing strengths. By evaluating multi-dimensional insights, existing weaknesses and unresolved issues were identified, enabling departments to develop more effective solutions moving forward. “The ultimate goal is to help us understand each other better, enhance unity, improve the working efficiency of each department, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the Group,” emphasized Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai, Deputy CEO of F.I.T Group.
Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai – Deputy CEO – expressed her hope that after the event, members would better understand and connect with one another in their work, contributing their intellect and effort toward the Group’s overall development.
“The format of this year’s program is different and exciting. In previous years, we passively listened to department heads’ reports, but this year, we actively participated by offering feedback, proposing cooperation, and engaging in team-building challenges organized by the event committee. This made me feel more responsible for contributing to the company’s success,” shared Ms. Pham Thi Thuong – Project Management Division.
