On August 30, 2024, F.I.T Group successfully held the Go-live ceremony for the VnResource HRM project at the corporate headquarters, marking a significant advancement in the digital transformation journey across the entire conglomerate.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Ban, CEO of F.I.T Group, Ms. Duong Thi Minh Nguyet, Head of Human Resources at F.I.T Group, along with HR Directors/Managers from various subsidiaries. From VnResource, the participating dignitaries included Mr. Thái Bình Quý, CEO of VnResource, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Deputy CEO, Mr. Tran Quang Vinh, Sales Vice Director, Mr. Tran The Anh, Project Director, and the entire project team and staff from the conglomerate.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Ban noted, “This is a landmark event, marking a memorable milestone in our digitalization journey. It enhances our management capabilities, enables effective data utilization, supports our leadership in making crucial, accurate decisions, and lays a solid foundation for implementing long-term HR strategies within the group.”
The ceremony was held solemnly at the corporate office headquarters and online across locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, and Vinh Long.
F.I.T Group is a leading multi-industry economic conglomerate in Vietnam with a workforce of over 3,000 staff members nationwide. With the goal of digitalizing human resource management activities to facilitate the leadership’s ability to monitor and grasp situations promptly, thereby making accurate and appropriate decisions, the Human Resources Administration Board has collaborated with VnResource to deploy the VnResource HRM Pro software solution across the entire Group. This includes modules for personnel records, timekeeping, payroll; competency management; recruitment, training, and evaluation.

“The software will facilitate human resource management, providing a focused, comprehensive, and easy-to-monitor service that enhances the management process. Reports will be integrated from the HR software into the F.I.T Business reporting system, aiding oversight and supporting the leadership’s decision-making process. Timekeeping and payroll activities are professionalized, improving the efficiency of benefit budget management. The recruitment process is optimized, enhancing candidate experiences, attracting talent, and reducing recruitment costs. Training and evaluation will be effective and precise for each staff member, leading to specific training plans that help in the efficient planning of succession teams,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Project Manager.
