On November 22, 2024, F.I.T Group successfully held the 2025 OGSM Roll Out Conference for the entire group under the theme “Embracing Challenges.” This event is a significant part of the annual series of events at the Group and its subsidiaries.
Implemented at F.I.T Group since 2010 and at its subsidiaries since 2016, OGSM is considered a unique feature in the management philosophy, helping F.I.T Group achieve breakthrough development, becoming an economic group that owns essential industries with superior production and business capabilities, and sustainable development orientation. It is a source of pride for over 3,000 employees nationwide. In the current and future planning steps, OGSM continues to play an important role in connecting and guiding F.I.T Group and its subsidiaries to focus on achieving ambitious and breakthrough goals, elevating the Group to a new level.
The 2025 “Embracing Challenges” OGSM Roll-out Conference was attended by Chairman Nguyen Van Sang, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet, the Group’s Board of Directors, the subsidiaries’ Boards of Directors, and employees from across the Group.
The conference aimed for each employee to understand the overall picture, grasp the main goals and the new year’s strategy of their company, and to further internalize the OGSM language in their working culture and mindset of daring to act and dream. Unlike previous years, where it was held directly in Hanoi and online at various hubs, the 2025 “Embracing Challenges” OGSM Roll-out made an impression by being organized online across six hubs: Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City branch, Long An, Vinh Long, Can Tho, bringing a realistic experience in each reporting activity, discussion, questioning, and feedback session.

2024 was seen as a year with many economic highlights. Seizing the opportunity, F.I.T Group closely followed the action strategies set out at the beginning of the year, simultaneously innovating products, investing in building factories, and improving the production, business, and management capabilities of its staff. As a result, the Group and its subsidiaries achieved many successes, laying a foundation for sustainable, stable development in the future:
In the pharmaceuticals/medical supplies sector, in 2024, DCL focused on exploring and capturing market demands. Additionally, DCL invested in expanding production lines and building new factories to meet the increasing product demands of the market. Consequently, with the capsule production segment, DCL completed and put into use capsule line 5, increasing the supply output to the market to 9.6 billion capsules/year, approximately 80 million capsules/month. For the medical equipment sector, the Benovas factory, with an area of 11,000m² and a total investment of 373 billion VND, is completing the final installation stages to soon become operational. In the pharmaceuticals sector, DCL is investing in an EU-GMP standard pharmaceutical factory with a total investment of 1,035 billion VND, with the production capacity of the factory reaching 1.6 billion products/year.

Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company is determined to “Embrace Challenges” as assigned by the Chairman.
In the drinking water business sector, 2024 was recorded as a successful year when Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company rebranded Danh Thanh; signed a cooperation with Nutrin Guangzhou Food Technology Company to export Vikoda Natural Alkaline Water 500ml and Vikoda Soda Alkaline Water 330ml to the billion-population market; signed a technology transfer cooperation for the production of Spa Sky carbonated water; and promoted brand recognition through National Nutrition Conferences held in Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, and Hai Phong. The company’s products are now available in major supermarkets nationwide such as CoopMart, Circle K, Big C, GS25, Bach Hoa Xanh, and on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Sendo.
In 2025, building on its successes, Vikoda will continue to focus on researching, perfecting formulas, and launching new products, expanding distribution channels and customer networks, bringing consumers superior health care solutions, originally from nature. By 2027, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company aims to become the leading provider of natural alkaline water in Vietnam with a revenue of 1,000 billion VND and a net profit of 15%.
FIT Cosmetics and Today Cosmetics are determined to overcome challenges and complete OGSM 2025.
In the cosmetics sector, products from the Tero biodegradable line continue to win consumer affection, contributing to the green consumption wave through the use of safe biodegradable cleaning products sourced from enzymes, ensuring the health safety of families. In 2025, FIT Cosmetics and Today Cosmetics will continue their strategy to develop Personal Care and Family Care brands in a sustainable, environmentally friendly, and consumer health-conscious direction. Additionally, FIT Cosmetics is also researching and developing cosmetics to meet the increasingly high standards and demands of the market for this product line.
At the Group level, CEO Nguyen Van Ban reported the OGSM 2024 results and the OGSM 2025 plan. As of November 2024, the Group had completed 75.36% of OGSM 2024. Moving forward to 2025, F.I.T Group sets the goal to optimize resources for breakthroughs in production and business.
The overall picture with challenges, difficulties, and truly challenging tasks was realistically depicted through discussions with guests representing the production, business, and human resources sectors at three hubs: Vinh Long, Khanh Hoa, and the Ho Chi Minh City branch.
