On June 29, 2024, F.I.T Group successfully organized the “Understanding OGSM 2024” competition. The event was held on a group-wide scale, helping employees thoroughly understand the OGSM language—a management method that maximizes F.I.T Group’s internal strengths, leading to breakthrough achievements.
Implemented at F.I.T Group since 2010 and at its subsidiaries since 2016, OGSM is considered a distinctive feature in the management philosophy of the Board of Directors. It has helped F.I.T Group achieve breakthrough development, becoming an economic group owning essential industries with superior production and business capabilities, having a sustainable development orientation, and being a proud workplace for over 3,000 employees nationwide. In current and future planning steps, OGSM continues to play a crucial role in connecting and guiding F.I.T Group and its subsidiaries to focus on significant, breakthrough goals, elevating the Group to a new stature.
Therefore, training employees to understand and internalize OGSM is of utmost importance. Recognizing this, the Board of Directors organized the “Understanding OGSM” competition with practical questions that require tight reasoning and logical thinking, helping employees not only understand but also practice setting up OGSM for themselves and their departments, aiming for the overall development of the Group.
