Recently, F.I.T Group successfully organized a training course titled “Building employee competency and interview skills” for office staff and contractors in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long, and Nha Trang. The training course was delivered by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thang, Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy and Management of subsidiary companies.
With many years of experience holding senior management positions for leading multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble Vietnam, Coca Cola Vietnam, Michelin Asia, as well as large domestic corporations, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thang brought professional concepts and methods in building employee competency and conducting interviews to the training course. The training course was held successively at the F.I.T Group office and subsidiary companies in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long, and Nha Trang.

Through the training course, senior management officials of the Group and its subsidiaries have grasped the importance of recruitment in the success of the business and the methods for building criteria for personnel in the organization, as well as an effective interview process; creating and using interview templates; and communicating with candidates and asking questions to identify their skills and behaviors.

In addition, employees of the Group and its subsidiaries are also exposed to WCF (What-Count Factors) questioning and evaluation methods; practicing interview evaluation tools, communication techniques, and evaluating the body language of candidates… in order to fully understand and exploit the potential of candidates and make suitable candidate selections for each department within the Group.
