From October 22 to October 29, 2024, F.I.T Group successfully held the OGSM 2025 Conference with the attendance of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the entire executive leadership team, General Directors of subsidiaries, and department heads. The conference aimed to review the results of the first nine months of 2024 and outline the 2025 OGSM action strategy, propelling the Group towards further growth.
During the conference, Chairman Nguyen Van Sang emphasized the core value and strength of OGSM, as well as the approach to establishing OGSM within the Group’s current business strategies and directives.
Since its adoption by F.I.T Group in 2010 and subsequent rollout across subsidiaries in 2016, OGSM has become a defining characteristic of the leadership’s management philosophy. It has been instrumental in F.I.T Group’s breakthrough development, helping it become a leading economic entity with robust production and business capabilities, a sustainable growth trajectory, and a workforce of over 3,000 dedicated employees nationwide. As the Group plans its current and future strategies, OGSM continues to play a vital role in connecting and guiding F.I.T Group and its subsidiaries toward ambitious, breakthrough goals, elevating the Group to new heights.

Through the OGSM Conference, the Group’s executive leadership, along with subsidiary General Directors and department heads, reviewed and assessed the specific activities and performance of each subsidiary and department during the first nine months of 2024. This reflection allowed timely adjustments to be made to the 2025 action plan.

It’s also an opportunity to reinforce our understanding of OGSM—the unique operational language that has driven F.I.T Group’s remarkable growth to date,” shared Mr. Le Viet Cuong, Head of the Accounting Department.
To ensure that F.I.T Group adapts to market changes and continues to grow sustainably, the Conference approved the 2025 Objective: Optimizing Resources for Breakthrough in Business Operations.
