On July 24, 2025, F.I.T Group successfully held its Mid-Year OGSM and Action Matrix Review for the first six months of 2025. This is one of the Group’s annual signature events, reflecting F.I.T Group’s unique identity. It strongly showcases the organization’s internal strength and core values and is a key factor enabling the Group to fully harness its potential, achieve breakthroughs, and build a stronger F.I.T Group.
At the event, department heads and deputy heads from Finance, Legal, Communications, and Human Resources presented their reports on the performance for the first half of 2025. They also outlined their action plans for the second half of the year and received feedback and evaluations from the Group’s leadership.
