F.I.T Group has partnered with VnResource to fully digitalize its human resource management operations. On March 25, 2024, F.I.T Group and VnResource, a Knowledge Resources joint-stock company, kicked off the VnResource HRM Pro software project aimed at the comprehensive digitalization of the Human Resource Management System at the Group. This is an important step in the application of digital technology in the management and development activities of F.I.T Group.
Attending the ceremony were Mrs. Duong Thi Minh Nguyet – HR Director of F.I.T Group, Mr. Thai Binh Quy – CEO of VnResource, Mr. Tran The Anh – Project Director, and all project team members from both sides.
The ceremony took place at the Hanoi Office headquarters and was broadcast online at locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, and Vinh Long.
F.I.T Group is a leading multi-industry economic group in Vietnam with a workforce of more than 3,000 employees nationwide. Desiring to digitalize human resource management activities to facilitate management’s monitoring and timely situation assessment, leading to accurate and appropriate decisions, and to make HR activities quick and professional, improve labor productivity, the HR Administration has partnered with VnResource to deploy the VnResource HRM Pro software solution throughout the Group, including modules for Personnel Records, payroll; Capacity Management; Recruitment, Training, and Evaluation.
Once the project officially goes into operation, general HR management will be comprehensive, centralized, easy to monitor, and will serve the management process well; Reports will be integrated with HR software data into the F.I.T Business reporting system, facilitating easy monitoring and serving the decision-making process of the management; Timekeeping and payroll activities will be professionalized, and the salary and bonus budget will be tracked fully and accurately for timely evaluation and adjustment; Recruitment processes will be optimized, enhancing candidate experiences, attracting talent, and reducing recruitment costs; Training and evaluation will be effective and accurate to the individual, leading to specific training plans, minimizing unnecessary costs, and making the succession planning process effective.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Duong Thi Minh Nguyet shared the spirit of cooperation and the responsibilities between the two parties. “F.I.T Group highly values the capability and experience of VnResource in previously deployed projects. At F.I.T Group, the goal of digitalizing HR management activities is very clear and urgent, so I request the project team members to actively connect, work, and report periodically to update and ensure the correct timeline; by August 31, 2024, the software will go live,” Ms. Nguyet shared.
Responding to Ms. Nguyet’s trust and expectations, Mr. Thai Binh Quy – CEO of VnResource said that he and his team are proud to have been chosen by F.I.T Group as a companion in the Group’s digital transformation journey, “The HR software deployment project at F.I.T Group is a key project for us this year. We are committed to putting forth our utmost effort and will assign our best personnel from VnResource to participate in the project, to ensure the achievement of set goals and timelines.”
