On January 10th, F.I.T Group successfully held the 2024 Year End Party with the theme “Challenge Our Limits.” In the warm atmosphere at the Hanoi headquarters, nearly 100 employees from the Group’s office division gathered together to mingle and enjoy a range of unforgettable emotions.
The Year End Party is an occasion for all members of the Group to reflect on the past journey, share successes, challenges, and especially to honor individuals and teams with outstanding contributions. This year, with the theme “Challenge Our Limits,” the leadership team wanted to send a powerful message that reflects the spirit of constant effort and overcoming difficulties to reach new groundbreaking achievements. Attending the event were Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Nguyệt – Vice Chairwoman of the Group, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Bản – General Director of the Group, and Ms. Vũ Thị Minh Hoài – Standing Deputy General Director, along with nearly 100 employees from the Hanoi office.
In her speech at the event, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Nguyệt emphasized: “Challenge Our Limits is not only a slogan but also a commitment of every individual working at F.I.T Group. Over the 17 years of formation and development, we have together overcome many challenges and achieved remarkable accomplishments. 2025 will be a year full of challenges but also opens countless opportunities for everyone. Together, we will continue to challenge our personal limits, innovate, and create without stopping. Each of us can become the best version of ourselves, and F.I.T Group will always be the environment where you can grow and reach new heights.”

As part of the program, the Group’s leadership presented certificates of merit to individuals with 5, 10, and 15 years of dedication at F.I.T Group. These individuals not only made significant contributions to the Group’s construction and development but also serve as shining examples of work ethic and long-term commitment. “The employees recognized for their years of service have continuously challenged their personal limits, overcome difficulties, and contributed to the Group’s prosperity and strong development,” shared Mr. Nguyễn Văn Bản – General Director.

In an emotional and proud moment, Ms. Dương Thị Minh Nguyệt – an employee with 15 years of service, shared: “Today, when I look back on the 15-year journey, I feel proud of what F.I.T Group has achieved. More importantly, I am very happy to continue accompanying the company in the journey ahead. I am confident that with the spirit of ‘Challenge Our Limits,’ we will continue to achieve even more success, conquer new heights, and grow together.”
In addition to honoring long-serving employees, the ceremony also gave special attention to young, dynamic individuals who were equally outstanding in their work. The “Outstanding Employee” and “Promising Employee” awards were presented to individuals who showed exceptional performance, achieved remarkable results, and made a positive impact on the company’s development.
