On July 26, the VTV Youth Union, in collaboration with the Vietnam Television Veterans Association, organized a program to honor martyrs, meet war invalids, and the families of those who have made significant contributions to the revolution at Vietnam Television. The program was made possible with the support of F.I.T Group.
The event witnessed the participation of representatives from families of martyrs, relatives of those who played a significant role in the revolution, and war invalids.
The annual War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day on July 27 is an occasion for the entire nation to express their gratitude to the heroes who fought to defend the country’s independence and freedom. Embracing this noble tradition, F.I.T Group joined hands with the VTV Youth Union to organize the program titled “My Country” as a profound expression of gratitude for the sacrifices made by these heroes to ensure peace for today’s generation.
During the program, the organizing committee presented small gifts as tokens of deep appreciation for the contributions and sacrifices of the war invalids and those who have significantly contributed to the national liberation movement, reunifying the country, and for the peace, independence, and freedom of the nation, as well as the happiness of its people. Alongside this, wishes for good health were conveyed, hoping that these individuals continue to inspire the younger generation about our nation’s revolutionary patriotic tradition.
The program also dedicated time to listen to the thoughts and feelings shared by these living witnesses of our nation’s heroic era. Their meaningful insights serve as a bridge connecting generations, and they offer the younger generation a deeper understanding of the hardships, sacrifices, and losses experienced by their predecessors, emphasizing the immense value of “Peace”.
