F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company has just solemnly held the Appointment Ceremony for management personnel according to the new Group’s organizational chart issued on April 1, 2022.
At the Appointment Ceremony of the Board of Directors, the Group awarded the Decision on appointment to the Heads/Deputy Heads and other management positions according to the new organizational structure of the Group.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai – General Director and Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai – Permanent Deputy General Director presented flowers and awarded Decisions on appointment to management personnel
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai – General Director of the Group congratulated the employees of the Group who were appointed in this period, with the spirit of youth, enthusiasm to hold new positions and new tasks, the appointed personnel will continue to promote their capacity, sense of responsibility, creativity, and complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the Group’s development and new achievements.
Previously, on April 1, 2022, the Chairman of the Group approved the new organizational structure. According to the newly issued structure, F.I.T Group will include the following departments: Internal Auditing; Personnel administration; Legislation; Accounting; Communication and Marketing; Business plan and Management of subsidiaries; Strategy; Funding and Financial Investment and Office of the Board of Management.
