(Dantri) –In order to take full advantage of the unique terrain and provide new international resort services in Ninh Thuan province, F.I.T Group and Banyan Tree Group signed a cooperation agreement to develop the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh resort project.
Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of F.I.T Group and Mr. Ho Kwon Ping – Chairman of Banyan Tree Group signed a cooperation agreement in Thailand on November 14, 2022.
Thanks to prominent features of its prime location, poetic natural scenery, including rocky mountains surrounding sand hills, sub-deserts, alternated with natural lakes, stretching close to the blue and sandy coast, Ninh Thuan province has many advantages to develop marine tourism, eco-tourism and resorts.
In order for tourism to officially become a spearhead and key economic sector of Ninh Thuan province, the Ninh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee issued specific resolutions, programs and plans to promote development, gradually affirming the brand and image of Ninh Thuan tourism on Vietnam tourist map.
Most recently, the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh project – one of the projects of Ninh Thuan province has attracted great attention when there is a cooperation between F.I.T Group and Banyan Tree Group, a world famous group in the development and management of luxury hotels and resorts, with nearly 100 hotels and resorts in many countries.

The Cap Padaran Mui Dinh project is known as one part of the F.I.T Group’s sustainable development strategy in the life quality improvement through unique resort real estates, towards nature and conservation of local cultural identity with a total investment of USD 1 billion.
The investor said that the designs in the project are in Champa’s unique style. Each part of the project is designed to harmonize, minimize changes and impacts on the natural landscape, especially not to destroy the primitive beauty of Ninh Thuan coast during the construction and future exploitation.
The signing of cooperation between F.I.T Group and Banyan Tree Group marked an important step to kick off the project’s long-term strategy.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group said, “We firmly believe that, thanks to such great cooperation, the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh project will officially make its mark on the international tourist map and become an ideal destination for Vietnamese and international tourists. On this basis, new cooperation opportunities shall be opened up between the two groups in the next stages.”

After signing, Banyan Tree Group shall provide strategic orientation, technical consulting and project operation management based on the advanced management model and international quality control process.
