On December 26, 2025, the F.I.T Champion Q3/2025 program, themed “Brilliant Transformation,” was successfully and ceremoniously held across four locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, and Vinh Long. The event honored six outstanding champions and attracted the attention and enthusiastic support of hundreds of employees across the Group.
Earlier, on September 6, 2025, the F.I.T Champion Q2/2025 ceremony was also held across three locations—Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City—further affirming the strong appeal of this competitive platform for the Group’s Sales Division.
The awards ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group, along with the Group’s leadership and a large number of employees, particularly from the sales force.
The champions of F.I.T Champion Q3/2025 were individuals who achieved outstanding sales performance, all exceeding 100% of their targets. Notable winners include:

Ms. Pham Thi Oanh – ETC Channel Medical Representative, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC: 140%

Mr. Le Hoang Viet – SS (GT channel) and Mr. Doan Van Hai – KAE (KA channel), Khanh Hoa Mineral Water JSC: 212% and 135% respectively

Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Hao, Mr. Tran Trung Hieu, and Mr. Nguyen Tien Manh – GT Channel Sales Representatives, FIT Cosmetics JSC: achieving 121%, 133%, and 121% respectively, earning their place as F.I.T Champion Q3/2025
In recognition of their outstanding contributions, the champions were awarded cash prizes, certificates of merit, commemorative trophies, FIT shares, and F.I.T Champion medals—symbols of perseverance and victory. Notably, the annual individual and team champions will be awarded the prestigious Gold Victory Cup, marking the pinnacle of honor and achievement.
Sharing at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Trung Hieu (FCO), who achieved the F.I.T Champion title for the first time, expressed his gratitude: “I sincerely thank Chairman Nguyen Van Sang and the leadership team for creating such a meaningful program as F.I.T Champion, which motivates the sales force. In the coming quarters, both myself and the FCO team are committed to continuing our efforts, achieving our goals, and contributing to the Group’s overall development.”

After two years of absence, 2025 marked a strong comeback for FCO, with a large number of individuals achieving the F.I.T Champion title across three consecutive quarters. Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Le Trang – CEO of FCO & TCC, proudly affirmed:
“This achievement clearly reflects the perseverance and determination to push beyond limits of the FCO sales team. With the ambition to conquer new heights, we are confident that FCO will continue to produce more F.I.T Champions in the coming quarters.”
