Launching 2026 under the theme “A Bold Beginning, Leading the Way to Success,” the F.I.T Champion Q1 2026 Recognition Ceremony was held across F.I.T Group’s locations in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long, and Khanh Hoa. The event honored outstanding sales performers from Benovas Medical Devices and Vikoda, recognizing their exceptional contributions to the Group’s growth journey.
Building on the success of previous seasons, F.I.T Champion continues to strengthen its position as F.I.T Group’s flagship sales recognition program. The Q1 2026 awards ceremony not only celebrated remarkable achievements at the start of the new year but also paid tribute to the sales champions who directly contributed to revenue growth and the overall development of the Group. More importantly, the program serves as an ongoing source of motivation, inspiring sales teams across the organization to pursue even greater accomplishments in the coming quarters.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group, along with the Group’s leadership team and employees, especially members of the sales force from across the organization.
The outstanding individuals honored at F.I.T Champion Q1/2026 include:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Key Account Manager, Benovas Medical Devices: 139% KPI achievement.
- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat – Sales Representative, Central Region 1A, Vikoda: 124% KPI achievement.
- Ms. Tran Thi Thanh – Key Account Sales Representative, Southern Region, Vikoda: 159% KPI achievement.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc – Key Account Sales Representative, Southern Region, Vikoda: 101% KPI achievement, recipient of the F.I.T Champion Q1 2026 Encouragement Award.
Notably, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat (Vikoda) was recognized as an F.I.T Champion for the fifth time, having previously earned four quarterly titles and one annual championship.
In recognition of their exceptional achievements, the champions were presented with certificates of merit, F.I.T Champion medals, commemorative trophies, and valuable rewards as a well-deserved acknowledgment of their determination, resilience, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai, Chief Executive Officer of F.I.T Group, expressed her delight at the outstanding results achieved during the first quarter. She also shared her expectation that the coming quarters will see even more outstanding performers emerging from all member companies. In addition, she encouraged the sales force to maintain their perseverance, continuously push beyond their limits, and strive for even greater success.

Q1 2026 marked a significant milestone as Benovas Medical Devices celebrated its first-ever F.I.T Champion. With an impressive 139% KPI achievement, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh became one of this season’s champions.
