At the end of February 2024, the F.I.T Champion for Quarter 4 & Year 2023 was grandly organized across four locations: Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, and Vinh Long, celebrating 11 champions with a total prize value of nearly 400 million VND.
The award ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Chairman of the Board, the executive board of the Group, Mr. Luong Trong Hai, General Director of DCL, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, General Director of VKD, the F.I.T Champion winners for Quarter 4 & Year 2023, and all employees of the Group.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang stated that the F.I.T Champion is a special program that deeply reflects the F.I.T Group’s identity, aligning with the core values and the spirit of “Selling with the Heart” of the Group. “2023 was a very challenging year. However, the F.I.T Champion winners overcame the difficulties, achieving more than 100% of their sales targets. Among them, VKD stood out by maintaining growth momentum, evidenced by its presence in all F.I.T Champion awards. Congratulations to VKD and its young, passionate team for a potentially even more explosive year in 2024, and to all the staff members who won in 2023. May the F.I.T Champion continue to grow.”
The Quarter 4 champions from the DCL Hanoi branch were honored at the Group’s Office.
The 11 champions honored for Quarter 4 and Year 2023 were recognized for their outstanding sales achievements, reaching over 100% sales targets. Among them, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (VKD sales staff) set a record by winning the two most important awards: the Quarter 4 and the Year 2023 awards, receiving $6,000 in cash and 12,000 FIT shares. The other ten Quarter 4 champions included Mr. Do Ly Anh Khuong (SS VKD); Mr. Nguyen Cong Thương (SS VKD); Mr. Le Ba Kham (VKD sales staff); Ms. Bui Thi Loi (VKD sales staff); Ms. Truong Thi Truong Van (VKD sales staff); Ms. Le Ngoc Tram (VKD sales staff); Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tai (VKD sales staff); Mr. Nguyen Dac Thanh Lam (VKD sales staff); Mr. Do Minh Dong (DCL sales representative) and the DCL Hanoi branch.

The F.I.T Champion winners for Quarter 4 & Year 2023 will receive awards including trophies, certificates, cash, and FIT shares. This year’s Quarter 4 & Year 2023 awards were impressive, with the total prize value amounting to hundreds of millions of VND.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, General Director of VKD, expressed her pride that VKD had champions in all the F.I.T Champion periods of 2023. “This is a noteworthy and commendable point not only for the individual champions but for all VKD employees. However, I hope everyone will not rest on their laurels. The goals for 2024 are challenging but achievable. I believe with support from the Group and VKD’s management, along with our inherent strength, we will continue to make 2024 a brilliant journey.”
