On June 28, 2025, the F.I.T Champion Q1/2025 award ceremony was solemnly held across three locations: Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City. Six champions were honored during the event, which attracted the attention of hundreds of employees across the F.I.T Group.
In her speech, Ms. Duong Thi Minh Nguyet – Head of Group Human Resources & Administration – emphasized that F.I.T Champion is a signature program of F.I.T Group, closely aligned with the Group’s core values and its philosophy of “Selling from the heart.”
The six champions recognized in Q1/2025 are individuals and teams who achieved outstanding sales performance, exceeding 100% of their sales targets. Notably, Mr. Ngo Phu Cam (DCL) set a record with 258% sales achievement, while Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (VKD) secured second place with 171%. Each F.I.T Champion winner receives a trophy, certificate of recognition, and a cash prize from the Organizing Committee.
“Thank you to the leadership for always supporting and motivating our Sales team through initiatives like this. I’ll do my best to earn my place in the F.I.T Champion Q2/2025 as well,” shared Mr. Ngo Phu Cam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga – CEO of VKD – expressed her pride in VKD once again leading in the number of champions for Q1/2025.
“Congratulations to all Q1 champions, especially our VKD champions. With the fiery spirit of our Sales warriors, I hope we’ll see even more F.I.T Champions in Q2/2025,” she said.
F.I.T Champion is an annual award for top performers in the Group’s Business Division, recognizing outstanding individuals and teams quarterly and annually. The award not only drives motivation for the sales force but also fosters a spirit of healthy competition and accelerates growth across all business units, contributing to the strategic goals of the Group.
