On September 6, 2025, the F.I.T Champion for Q2/2025 was ceremoniously held at three locations: Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City, honoring six champions and attracting the attention of hundreds of employees and the Group’s entire Sales Division.
The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group, Group CEO, board members, employees, and the Group’s business teams. In his speech, Chairman Nguyen Van Sang shared that F.I.T Champion was initiated with the aim of honoring the persistent, often behind-the-scenes, yet highly determined contributions of the Sales Division.
“In the context of a challenging economy and a slow market, our sales warriors have maintained determination, choosing to move forward rather than step back. This is what makes me the proudest. F.I.T Champion is not just a title; it is proof of resilience, courage, and a never-give-up spirit. Once again, congratulations to the best warriors of Q2,” Mr. Sang said.
The six champions honored in Q2/2025 were individuals with outstanding sales performance, achieving over 100% of their sales targets. Notably, Ms. Nguyen Mai Thanh Hien (DCL) set a record with 149% of her target, while Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong (FCO) ranked second with 140%.

In recognition of their outstanding contributions and achievements, besides receiving cash prizes, certificates of merit, commemorative medals, and FIT shares, starting from Q2/2025, the champions will also receive the F.I.T Champion medal – a symbol of conquering spirit and glory. Annual individual and team champions will additionally receive a golden victory cup – a symbol of the pinnacle of honor and success.
When asked about the secret to winning the F.I.T Champion four times, Mr. Do Minh Dong (DCL) and Mr. Tran Huu Thuong (Vikoda) shared a simple yet effective answer: strive to make tomorrow better than today.
“Thanks to Chairman Nguyen Van Sang and the Board for always supporting and encouraging our Sales team through recognition programs like this. I will strive to continue earning a place in F.I.T Champion Q3/2025,” shared Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong (FCO).
At the award ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga – CEO of Vikoda expressed her pride that Vikoda consistently has champions each quarter. “Congratulations to Vikoda’s champions in particular and all the Group’s champions in general. With the unwavering determination of our Vikoda warriors, I am confident we will have more F.I.T Champion winners in Q3/2025,” she said.

After a two-year absence from the F.I.T Champion arena, 2025 marks a spectacular comeback for FCO, with champions emerging in both Q1 and Q2. At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Le Trang – Executive Director of FCO & TCC, proudly affirmed: “With belief in victory and determination, FCO will have even more champions in the coming quarters, conquering the prestigious F.I.T Champion award.”
F.I.T Champion is an annual award recognizing champions within the Group’s Sales Division, honoring the best individuals and teams on a quarterly and yearly basis.
