On November 11, 2023, the F.I.T Champion for Quarter III/2023 was grandly held at two locations: Khanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh City, with 12 champions honored and a total prize value of nearly 300 million VND. Notably, all 12 champions this time are employees of Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company (Vikoda).
The award ceremony was attended by Mrs. Vu Thi Minh Hoai – Deputy General Director of F.I.T Group, along with the F.I.T Champion Quarter III/2023 champions.

The 12 champions honored in Quarter III/2023 are outstanding individuals from the Sales Management, Trade Representatives, and Sales Staff, achieving over 100% in sales. Among them, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung (Sales Staff) set a record with 167% in sales; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lan (Sales Staff) with 146%; Mrs. Pham Thi My Huong (Sales Staff) with 138%; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Binh An (SS) with 133%. The rest of the individuals impressively reached sales milestones from 124% to 131%. Besides cash prizes and stocks, the top three individuals from Sales Management – Mrs. Nguyen Thi Binh An; Trade Representative – Mr. Nguyen Hoai An; and Sales Staff – Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung were awarded the program’s honorary CUP.

The F.I.T Champion Quarter III/2023 champions will receive awards including a trophy, certificate of merit, cash bonus, and FIT shares. This year’s Quarter III award was impressive with a total value of nearly 300 million VND.
