On August 23, 2024, the Q2/2024 F.I.T Champion awards ceremony was solemnly held at two locations: Hanoi and Khanh Hoa, honoring 11 champions and drawing the attention of hundreds of employees across the entire Group.
During the opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Ban stated, “F.I.T Champion is a unique program that embodies the essence of the F.I.T Group, aligning perfectly with our core values and the spirit of ‘Selling with Heart’ of the corporation, “I believe this program will continue to motivate and encourage our sales team, becoming a source of pride and a driving force for each salesperson to strive for excellence. We hope to recognize even more champions in the upcoming quarters with this prestigious award.”
A representative from the Ho Chi Minh City branch of DCL was honored at the Group’s office.
11 champions recognized in Q2/2024 have demonstrated outstanding sales achievements, with sales ratios exceeding 100%. Notably, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat (Sales Representative) set a record with a sales achievement of 139%; Mr. Vo Quoc Thong (Sales Representative) came in second with a sales figure of 125%; the other champions include Sales Representatives and Sales Managers from the Ho Chi Minh City branch of DCL. The F.I.T Champions will receive awards including trophies, certificates of merit, and cash prizes from the organizing committee.
“I am thrilled and moved to be honored with this award today. This prize recognizes my dedication and effort over the past three months. I will strive even harder to continue being in the list of champions for Q3 and Q4/2024,” shared Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat, a Q2/2024 champion.

At the award ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga – General Manager of VKD, expressed her pride in VKD continuing to lead in the number of champions for Q2/2024, “With the fiery spirit and all-out effort of the VKD team, supported by the Group, I am confident that VKD will maintain its strong performance in the coming quarters.”
The F.I.T Champion is an annual award for champions within the Business Division of the Group, recognizing the most outstanding individuals and teams quarterly and annually.
