On November 16, 2024, F.I.T Group successfully organized the Q3/2024 F.I.T Champion at three locations: Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City, attracting the attention of hundreds of employees from the entire group.
The F.I.T Champion will receive awards including a trophy, a certificate of merit, and a cash prize. The Q3/2024 F.I.T Champion was notable as all eight champions came from Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company.

The eight champions honored in Q3/2024 are individuals who have achieved outstanding sales performance, reaching a sales ratio of over 100%. Among them, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Tang (DDTM) set a record with a sales figure of 222%; Mr. Le Hoang Minh (NVBH) finished second with a sales figure of 174%; Mr. Vo Huy Dinh (SS) achieved a sales figure of 121%; the remaining champions each finished with sales figures ranging from 121% to 135%.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Tang said he always works according to the five core values of the Group and always starts with the thought that today must be better than yesterday, “Achieving results like today, I am very happy. I will try even harder to win the 2024 champion.”

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga – CEO said she was very proud that all the Q3/2024 champions came from Vikoda, “At Vikoda, each employee fully embraces the OGSM language and applies it very well in their work. I am confident that Vikoda will continue to maintain its form and have a champion in 2024.”
F.I.T Champion is an annual award for champions from the Business sector of the Group, honoring the most outstanding individuals and teams by Quarter and Year.
