In the afternoon of May, 26th, at the Office of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (DCL) – a member of F.I.T, EXCO Chairman of DCL – Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – honored, rewarded and motivated 33 employees’ children achieving awards at Provincial level contests in various subjects for the last academic year. Particularly, some students have achieved two awards at the same time for two different subjects.
In the ceremony, 33 outstanding students received separately merit certificates and awards from DCL’s Chairman. Awards are not only for achievement recognition, but also aimed at encouraging and motivating them to maintain and promote these momentums. Mr. Nguyen Van Sang emphasized that the fact that these students learned well and obtained high achievements was not only the pleasure, honor of the family, but also the happiness and the pride of the Company. These students would be future talents, the next bright future personnel of the Company. Mr. Sang shared that students besides focusing on learning and gaining knowledge, the students are supposed to joining different cultural & sportive activities. This would help them develop comprehensively and acquiring many skills to work and life. He also hoped that from the next year on, the Company could welcome more achievements in extra curriculum activities of students.

Honoring employees’ children with outstanding achievements is an activity to celebrate International Children’s Day 1st June of DCL. Expectedly that on this day of the following year, DCL will celebrate for more than 600 employees’ children. Numerous cultural, sportive activities, will be held to make the 1st June become the real joyful festival for DCL’s children.
Having taken over the DCL company only in April, the new BOD of DCL has rapidly deployed restructure activities; in which welfare benefits have been applied, such as salary increase, spot bonus on the occasion of 30/4 – 1/5…These changes are made merely to raise the living condition of the employees and further strengthen the connection between the Company and its employees.
